Sourced from small-scale farmers in the volcanic highlands of Fraijanes, Guatemala, near Volcán Pacaya and Guatemala City, this blend is prized for its full body, bold character, and complex depth. The region’s mineral-rich volcanic soils and exceptional coffee-growing climate produce beans that are as distinctive as the landscape.
Using the washed process — where coffee cherries are pulped, fermented, washed, and sun-dried — our farmers preserve the coffee’s natural richness while enhancing clarity and balance in the cup. The result is a medium-dark roast that’s robust yet smooth, with layers of flavor shaped by its unique terroir.
Expect vibrant orange brightness, the rustic sweetness of panela, and a smooth cocoa finish — perfect for those who enjoy a rich, satisfying brew with depth.
