Our Java beans are shade-grown on a Rainforest Alliance Certified farm on the slopes of Lake Atitlán. To unlock the full potential of these beans, we use an innovative approach called the anaerobic natural process. This involves fermenting the whole coffee cherries in oxygen-free tanks, allowing unique microorganisms to enhance the coffee's natural sweetness and complexity. The result? A truly special cup with notes of rich chocolate, 🍫 reminiscent of a decadent dark chocolate bar, balanced by the sweetness of juicy berries, like a summer fruit salad bursting with flavor.
