The region’s mineral-rich volcanic soil and ideal microclimate create beans with unparalleled depth and character.
Our Antigua coffee is crafted using the washed process — carefully pulped, fermented, and washed before slow drying. This meticulous method produces a clean, bright cup that lets the coffee’s natural flavors shine.
Expect rich layers of smooth chocolate, sweet caramel, and a subtle nutty finish — a perfectly balanced flavor profile that’s both comforting and complex.
