Ruiru 11 is a coffee we turn to when we want expression without chaos.

We brew this coffee as pour-over in the café because it shows vibrant fruit and sweetness while staying composed — lively, but still easy to drink.

This coffee uses a honey process, which means part of the coffee cherry’s natural fruit is left on the bean as it dries. As those sugars slowly caramelize, the coffee develops more sweetness, a creamier texture, and added complexity — without adding anything artificial.

That balance is what gives Ruiru 11 its fruit-forward character while still feeling grounded in the cup.
