We rotate this coffee through for drip in the café because it’s lively without being sharp — expressive, but still balanced enough to drink comfortably throughout the day.

Roasted at origin in Guatemala and sourced from the Huehuetenango region, this coffee highlights brightness and complexity while staying approachable in the cup.

Huehuetenango is one of Guatemala’s highest and most remote coffee-growing regions, known for its elevation and steady climate.

These conditions allow coffees to develop clarity and character while retaining balance — which is why we rotate Huehuetenango through for drip in the café when we want something a little brighter, but still easy to enjoy.

How we like to drink it

We brew this coffee as drip in the café.

It’s a great choice if you enjoy a cup with a bit more brightness and movement, without feeling overwhelming. At home, it also works well as a pour-over if you like to taste a little more detail in your coffee.
