We use this coffee for cold brew in the café because it stays smooth, balanced, and forgiving — even when brewed slowly or over ice.

Roasted at origin in Guatemala and sourced from the Fraijanes region, this coffee is designed to feel steady and comforting in the cup, rather than sharp or overly bright.

It’s especially good over ice, smooth enough to enjoy black, and sturdy enough to hold its character when brewed slowly. At home, it also works well for drip or French press if you prefer a fuller-bodied cup.
