Cafecito Social has been hard at work expanding our markets at Smorgasburg, catering events across the city, and planning something very special — our first annual Block Party! 🎉

🌸 Día de Todos Los Santos Block Party – A Celebration of Life & Community 🌸

Inspired by the Guatemalan traditions of Día de Todos Los Santos and Día de los Muertos, this free, family-friendly celebration honors life, remembrance, and community through art, food, and culture. Expect a full day of creativity, connection, and joy for all ages!

12:30 PM | The Art of Drag — All-ages drag makeup demo with live tips & BYO makeup, plus a bilingual storytime led by Drag Artists for Expression NYC 💄📚

1:00 PM | Storytime with Oliver ThePlace — Books, movement, and crafts for kids and families 🎨

All Day | Kite Making with Powerhouse Arts — Create your own colorful Guatemalan kite 🪁

Throughout the Day | Stretch Sessions with Good Times Pilates — 5-minute stretch breaks to keep you moving 💪

Plus live music, local treats, arts & crafts, and a community altar to honor loved ones.
